As the devastating effects of the Hunga-Ha’apai Tonga eruption unfolded, the team at Heilala brainstormed ideas on how we could assist with raising much needed funds. The core of Heilala is our global baking community which made it obvious that a joyous collection of recipes with the focus on vanilla as an ingredient could be a way to connect friends and family around the world.
We have been blessed to gather together chefs from the Pacific, Asia, North America and Europe in a collaboration of beautiful recipes to excite and entice you. The team at Heilala are humbled by the incredible support in our efforts to provide further assistance to our vulnerable yet steadfast vanilla grower communities across the Tongan archipelago. 100% of net proceeds from sales of the recipe eBook will be donated the foundation.
