Spread and Top:
Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Sprinkle with vanilla powder and any desired toppings, such as crushed nuts, dried fruit, sea salt, or festive sprinkles.
Set and Break:
Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden.
Once fully set, break the bark into pieces.
