  1. Classic S’mores with vanilla bean marshmallows

The classic can’t be beaten but to taste the difference real vanilla makes to your next campfire feast, make your own graham crackers and vanilla bean marshmallows.

  1. 4 Ingredient Campfire Cobbler

This campfire cobbler is the easiest and tastiest way to end a day in the great outdoors.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla cake mix
  • 1 can sprite
  • 1 can of pie filling (any fruit) or drained can of fruit
  • 2 tablespoons Heilala Vanilla Sugar

Method

  1. Mix together the vanilla cake mix and sprite.
  2. Place the fruit or pie mix into the bottom of a dutch oven. Sprinkle over vanilla sugar
  3. Dollop the cake mix over the fruit. Bake over campfire coals for 20 minutes until it is golden brown.
  1. Smores Rice Krispie Slice

Bake while camping is achievable with this easy s’mores Rice Krispie Slice.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 1 bag puffed rice
  5. 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  6. ½ cup chocolate chips

Method

  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Melt marshmallows, butter and vanilla extract together. Mix in the puffed rice.
  • Place into the greased dish and smooth the top with wet hands. Sprinkle over the graham crackers and chocolate chips.
  1. Apple Pie Pocket

Warm apple pie is made easy with our easy camping baking hack. Make these before you head out and store in the chilly bin or make while you are out and about. Cut apples into slices. Place the apples slices, a sprinkle of vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and a pat of butter into a foil packet. Place over warm coals into gooey and tender.

Gooey, sweet and full of flavor, these campfire banana boats and perfect for any camping trip. Cut a banana down the centre with the skin on. Fill with Heilala Vanilla sugar, chocolate chips, marshmallows, or caramel. Wrap in foil and heat over the campfire until everything is warm and gooey.
